How much do I earn?
You earn 20% commission on every order placed with your code or your link. There's no cap, no tiers to unlock, and no minimum sales requirement to stay in the program.
Do I earn anything for referring other affiliates?
Yes. Refer another affiliate and you earn an extra 5% of every order they bring in, paid on top of the 20% you earn on your own sales. It costs them nothing — their commission stays at the full 20%.
What does my audience get?
Your discount code gives your audience 10% off their order. You choose the code yourself when you sign up.
How do I get my code and link?
You create both in your affiliate dashboard right after signup. Pick your custom code (subject to availability), and your personal referral link is generated automatically. Both are usually live within minutes.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go out monthly on the 15th, covering everything you earned the previous month, via PayPal to the email you provide in your dashboard. The minimum payout is $50 — if your balance is under that, it rolls forward to the next month and never expires.
How do I track my sales?
Your dashboard shows everything in real time: clicks on your link, orders with your code, your commission on each order, and your running balance. You never have to ask us where you stand.
What if someone uses my code but not my link?
You're credited either way. The code and the link are both tied to your account, so a follower who types your code at checkout counts exactly the same as one who clicks your link.
Do I have to work with Alera exclusively?
No. We know most creators work with multiple companies, and that's fine with us. There's no exclusivity requirement and no penalty for promoting other programs.
